Producing the hosiery

The word of tights and hosiery comes from certain logic that fitting and covering an individual’s part which is from waist to feet comfortably. Nylon is the most known material in production of hosiery, tights as well as cotton.  Lycra is another blend for improving the wrap and fit.

Knitting

Knitting on the machines for the best quality and comfort. OR-AL has various needle machines in order to produce delicate and slender hosiery.

Different kinds of machines used to make-up the alternative parts of the hosiery. Which includes Detexomat, makes the toe seam,  Solis Link  adjusting  Autogusset and inseting a round gusset in to the  hosiery.

There are two type of stitching either overlock or flacklock which is a better feeling.

Dyeing

Products placed in the dye tumbles and machines in order to obtain and soak the color. Once the products in the tumble the liquid form of the designated color has applied. Finally the color’s checked and approved and continue to radio frequency appliance to dry them.

Exam & Pack

All wrinkled part are removed by heating and steaming the products, after this is done products are exanimated and checked one more by the quality test department and later on are ready to be packed.
